A long-term project, run from the ground
Sienna Terrenas is a four-phase master plan for an eco-luxury community on the Samaná peninsula. The team that designs it, builds it, sells it, and runs it day-to-day all live in Las Terrenas. That isn't a marketing line — it's an operating choice. Decisions get made on the land they affect.
