Three steps to start
Sign the co-broker agreement
A straightforward collaboration agreement between your agency and Atlantique Sud Real Estate (Sienna's master broker, 25+ years in Las Terrenas). Non-exclusive — you can represent other projects simultaneously.
Register your clients
Send client details (name, email, phone) to your assigned Sienna sales agent before or at the time of their first interaction with the project. Registration is confirmed within 24 hours and valid for 12 months.
We close together
Your client visits (in person or virtual), selects their lot and villa, and goes through the purchase process with full legal support. You stay involved throughout — your relationship, our infrastructure.
