A reservation deposit takes your chosen lot off the market. You then proceed through the Promise of Sale and Act of Sale to complete the land purchase.
Villa Construction Begins
Once your lot is secured, villa payments are tied to construction milestones — from groundbreaking through structure, finishes, and final delivery.
Inspection & Handover
A final walkthrough and inspection ensures everything meets your expectations before keys are handed over and the last payment is released.

Every villa payment is tied to a real construction event. Here's what progresses on site as each milestone is reached.
Site preparation and foundations.

Lot dates follow legal deadlines (POS 30 days after reservation, AOS 3 months after POS, Lot Reception fixed at mid-2027). Villa payments are scheduled backwards from delivery across a 10-month construction window. Final milestone timing is agreed at contract signing and may vary based on construction progress.
