Our legal team finalizes your purchase agreement with clean title verification and your chosen ownership structure (direct or LLC).
You select your payment path — staged construction payments, internal financing, or bank loan.
CONFOTUR exemptions apply to your purchase as first buyer from the developer — transfer tax at closing and property tax for up to 15 years on what Sienna builds and delivers (on a self-built lot, land value only), once the definitive resolution is issued.
You'll receive a complete document package — title, contracts, tax certificates — all reviewed by counsel before it reaches you.
