Leads the eco-design philosophy for Sienna — from biodiversity corridors and organic farm layouts to the Sienna Village communal spaces. Specializes in architecture that integrates with natural landscapes rather than replacing them.

Engineering and technical specifications

Handles all structural engineering, electrical plans, technical drawings, and common area infrastructure. Provides the validated engineering specifications required for government permit approvals and construction execution.

Engineering construction oversight

Responsible for technical construction oversight and implementation, ensuring all building work adheres to approved engineering plans, structural specifications, and quality standards.

CONFOTUR permits and government relations

The firm managing all of Sienna's regulatory permits — Environmental, Tourism, CONFOTUR tax classification, and construction authorizations. Over 15 years of specialized experience in Dominican Republic environmental and urban law. Handles the relationship between Sienna and every relevant government ministry.

International real estate law and sales contracts

General legal counsel for Sienna. Drafts and validates all purchase agreements, promises of sale, and fractional ownership LLC structures. Manages assembly documents, powers of attorney, and legal risk assessment. Ensures every transaction meets both Dominican and international legal standards.

Financial reporting and tax compliance
