  • 6 months of bank statements
  • Cedula copy
  • Purchase contract or letter of intent
  • Property appraisal

Dominican Abroad or Foreign National

  • Last 2 years of income tax filings (W-2)
  • Employment letter (if employed)
  • 6 months of bank statements
  • Passport copy
  • Second ID (driver's license or national ID)
  • Social Security copy (US nationals/residents)
  • International credit bureau authorization ($32 USD, processed at any BSC branch)
  • Purchase contract or letter of intent
  • Property appraisal
