What happens during the discovery visit?
On the second day you tour Sienna and the residences that suit your interests, then have dinner at ETNO in the evening. On the third day you meet a lawyer at the office to get answers about buying. There is also an introduction to the neighborhood, free time to enjoy the area, and a private meeting with the Sienna team before you leave.
Is the itinerary flexible?
Yes. The four days are a suggested itinerary. Timing is adapted to your travel arrangements and to appointment availability.
Do I book and pay for my own travel?
Yes. You book and pay for your flights, accommodation and airport transfers upfront. The Sienna team helps you plan the visit itself.
How does the reimbursement of up to US$5,000 work?
If you complete a qualifying property purchase at Sienna, you can receive up to US$5,000 for eligible flights, accommodation and airport transfers. Without a qualifying purchase, travel costs are not reimbursed. Ask the Sienna team for the full eligibility and reimbursement terms.
Can I view a residence again during my visit?
Yes. You can make an optional second visit to the residences you liked most.
