The foundation that staffs Sienna
La Fábrica de Sueños trains young adults from Las Terrenas in hospitality and culinary arts. The campus is built into Sienna's master plan. Their graduates become your staff.
A symbiotic relationship
La Fábrica de Sueños (“The Dream Factory”) is a foundation dedicated to transforming the lives of young adults in Las Terrenas who have dropped out of school. Through intensive 12-week vocational training programs, they bridge the gap between education and employment in the tourism sector.
Foundation → Sienna
Training programs produce skilled professionals in hospitality, culinary arts and tourism — ready to serve Sienna's properties and the guests who rent them.
Sienna → Foundation
Sienna Village provides the campus, practical training grounds and real-world experience for the foundation's students — and the project funds its operations.
Not charity. Structure.
Three commitments make this partnership permanent rather than performative — and they show up in the quality of your day-to-day experience as an owner.
Funded by the project
La Fábrica is funded by Sienna — not by owner donations on top of HOA. Your purchase already supports it.
Anchored in the master plan
Phase 3 brings the Community Core (training center, library, restaurant). Phase 4 anchors the Energy Cooking School and the Agroecological Production School. The campus is in the licence, not in a press release.
Staffed by graduates
The people who keep your villa running — housekeeping, kitchens, reception — come through La Fábrica. Local talent, trained on-site, with somewhere to grow.

Located inside the community, Sienna Village serves as the foundation's campus — where theory meets practice in a real hospitality environment.
