Details

Provisional classification was granted under Resolution No. 203-2024 on October 2, 2024. The economic feasibility study was completed and submitted for deposit in February 2026. Final definitive classification will follow the review of this study. With both Environmental and Tourism definitive permits now secured, all prerequisites for CONFOTUR final approval are met.

What This Means for You

Your tax benefits — no property tax, no transfer tax, no rental income tax for 15 years — are already active under the provisional classification. The final classification is a formality now that both prerequisite permits are obtained. This is the benefit that delivers $82K–$527K in savings depending on villa type.

Construction starting

Model villa construction and street/utility work begin July 2026 under provisional construction permits. Full MIVED approval is expected in June 2026, with Founders Villas starting Q3 2026.
