What a fully equipped villa costs
Every option above is priced individually on the last pages of the book. This is what each model comes to in its standard configuration — on top of the villa price.

Each category at the model's standard configuration: air conditioning in the living area and every bedroom; a combined washer-dryer on Guayacán and Cedro, separate washer and dryer on Koray; furniture and housewares to the model's plan. The villa solar system includes batteries and replaces the stand-alone power backup, which is deducted from the with-solar total. Your advisor adjusts the detail to your choices.

How the Specification Works
Specific brands, models and suppliers for each component are defined in the construction contract. Materials meet the standards described here or an equivalent quality.
All materials, finishes and colours comply with the Sienna Terrenas Master Regulation.
If a material is discontinued or unavailable, it may be substituted with a material of equivalent quality, with prior notice to the buyer.
Structural, electrical and plumbing calculations prepared by the project professionals prevail over any general specification.
Minor variations in colour or texture inherent to natural materials — polished cement, natural wood, marmolina, stone and similar — are normal and do not constitute a defect.
Customizations, upgrades and items not listed above are not included in the base price; if you wish to add them, they are quoted separately.
