How Payments Work
Lot and villa payments are handled separately, each tied to clear milestones. You only pay as progress is made — never for work that hasn’t been done — and the villa price is locked when you sign the construction contract. The schedules below show the three lot milestones and the four villa construction milestones in detail.

What You Get for Each Villa Payment
Every villa payment is tied to a real construction event. Here's what progresses on site as each milestone is reached.
Site preparation and foundations.
- Land cleared and access roads created
- Site installation, signage, and security in place
- Temporary water and electricity connections
- Septic tank construction
- Bulk excavation and foundation footing excavation
- Retaining walls
The structural shell takes shape.
- Foundation footings completed
- Load-bearing columns and beams
- Ground floor slab and upper floor slab
- Load-bearing walls
- Steel structure at main level
- Roof slab with complete waterproofing
- Basement waterproofing and backfill
Your villa becomes a home.
- Interior walls plastered, smoothed, and painted (walls, ceilings, woodwork)
- Floor screeds and floor coverings
- Wall ceramics and false ceilings
- Doors and windows installed
- Kitchen installation
- Built-in joinery: wardrobes, dressing, shelving
- Electrical and plumbing fixtures installed and all systems commissioned
- Railings and guardrails
- Pool finishing and commissioning
Handover.
- Exterior landscaping
- Light fixtures installed
- Bathroom accessories installed
- Full site cleaning
- Furniture installation (if included in your package)
- Walkthrough and formal reception of the villa

Lot dates follow legal deadlines (POS 30 days after reservation, AOS 3 months after POS, Lot Reception fixed at mid-2027). Villa payments are scheduled backwards from delivery across a 10-month construction window. Final milestone timing is agreed at contract signing and may vary based on construction progress.
