Un projet à long terme, géré depuis le terrain
Sienna Terrenas est un plan directeur en quatre phases pour une communauté éco-luxe sur la péninsule de Samaná. L'équipe qui la conçoit, la construit, la vend et la gère au quotidien vit à Las Terrenas. Ce n'est pas une formule marketing : c'est un choix opérationnel. Les décisions se prennent sur le terrain qu'elles concernent.
