Un proyecto a largo plazo, gestionado desde el terreno
Sienna Terrenas es un plan maestro de cuatro fases para una comunidad eco-lujo en la península de Samaná. El equipo que la diseña, la construye, la vende y la gestiona en el día a día vive en Las Terrenas. Eso no es una frase de marketing: es una decisión operativa. Las decisiones se toman sobre el mismo terreno al que afectan.
